    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
     
    As a registered civil engineer since 1976, Mr. Crawford has worked extensively with water system, sanitary sewer, street paving, street resurfacing and reconstruction, storm sewer, airport planning and design, building design and construction, subdivision, bridge inspection and design, recreational trails and cadastral mapping projects.

    Mr. Crawford has coordinated the planning, environmental assessment, design and construction phases of numerous airport improvement projects involving the Iowa DOT and FAA since 1975.  These projects include designs for municipal airports at Creston, Corning, Shenandoah, Atlantic, Lamoni, Red Oak, Carroll, Chariton, Guthrie County, Audubon, Onawa, Denison, Corydon (Wayne County) and Harrison County, Iowa.

    Specific engineering experience includes:
